Arrival and departure

Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival your estimated times of arrival and departure by email to postmaster@bcn2stay.com and pizuro2000@yahoo.es. Once this has been received we will forward you the phone number of the contact person who will greet you on arrival.

Keys

The keys will be given on receipt of payment of the full amount and deposit. This should be a CASH payment only. Please be sure to have the correct amount ready on arrival.

Deposit

A deposit of 150 euros is required BEFORE taking the apartment. A full refund of the deposit will be made once the keys have been returned and after a final inspection of the apartment and the furniture are in order and undamaged.

Cleaning

There is an additional 40 euros charge for cleaning. One payment per booking.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Please note

Only the number of persons stated in the contract are permitted to stay

Please respect the neighbours' right to peace

Please ensure minimal noise is made after 9.30pm, either in the apartment or when returning at night

Please take care when closing the main door and the door to the apartment

People who do not respect these norms will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of the amount paid

Animals or pets are not permitted without prior authorisation. If agreed we would require a deposit of 300 euros refunded on the departure.
